You can reserve your unit with a €20,000 deposit. Once reserved, we block it from further sales and guide you through the purchase process step-by-step — transparently and in your language (PL/DE/ENG).
Is financing available for foreign buyers?
Yes. We cooperate with trusted banks in Croatia and offer full assistance with the application process. Depending on your residence and financial profile, mortgages with interest rate and APRC on the level of about 3,98% annually, fixed (APRC 4,15%) are available.
What’s included in the price – and what’s optional?
All apartments are sold in Croatian developer standard: floors, painted walls, AC installed, installed internal doors. Price also includes one comfortable parking space (covered). Turnkey finish with custom design is optional and handled by our interior partners — we show you both paths clearly.
If I won’t be there all year – do you help with rentals?
